My 1st attempt at making baby food was a success! I made 13 servings of sweet peas for $1.00, what a deal.
After I steamed the peas, I pureed them in the food processor, then I separated the mixture into an ice cube tray to put in the freezer. After they're frozen they'll go into freezer bags. Then when Brady's ready for his next meal we'll just thaw a cube, add in some milk to get it to the right consistency & then "lunch is served"!
My happy boy likes peas!!! Brady was so happy to try something new, he enjoyed every bite!
